Media evidence
Media evidence is the library of every photograph, video and document your organisation has captured. Open it from Media evidence in the menu. It shows your own organisation’s files only. RezetHub has no public media library, because photos can show people.
Finding a file
Section titled “Finding a file”The page is one long scroll, newest first. It keeps loading as you scroll down. The filters, the category list and the current day heading stay in view while you scroll.
- Period. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This quarter, All time or Custom range. Last 30 days is the default. For a custom range, pick the From and To dates and press Show these dates.
- Search. Type in Search run, product or material to match a run, product or material by name.
- Categories. Pick a category from the list on the left, or Everything to see all of them. Each category shows how many files it holds.
- Months. The month strip on the right jumps to any month. Jump to date does the same for a single day, and Back to latest returns you to the newest files.
Each filter you add appears as a chip. Remove one chip at a time, or press Clear filters when nothing matches.
If new files arrive while you are on the page, a Show 1 new file or Show N new files button appears. Press it to add them to the top.
Opening a file
Section titled “Opening a file”Click a tile to open it full size. The panel beside it shows:
- Category: the category it is filed in.
- Evidence of: the batch, run or delivery it was taken for, or Not yet attached to a record.
- Captured: the date and time it was taken.
- Fingerprint: a fingerprint of the file as it was captured. It lets anyone check later that the file has not been swapped.
To go to the record, press Open the batch or Open the run. The button uses your organisation’s own word for a batch or run. Press Close to go back to the library.
Categories
Section titled “Categories”Every file is in exactly one category. Nothing is ever left without one: Uncategorised is the category every organisation has, and it holds anything not yet filed elsewhere.
The category list has two groups:
- From the stream profile. These categories come with your material stream and work as its shot list (for textiles, for example: front, back, label, weighbridge ticket, contamination). They carry a padlock. Nobody can rename or delete them.
- Your organisation’s. Categories your organisation added. They are offered on every stream.
Moving a file to another category
Section titled “Moving a file to another category”Open the file and press Change category. Pick the new category and press File in this category, or Keep as it is to leave it where it is. Any member who can capture evidence can re-file a file.
Adding or renaming a category
Section titled “Adding or renaming a category”Only an Organisation admin can do this.
- To add one, press Create a category under Your organisation’s, type a Name and press Create a category. Press Not now to stop without adding it.
- To rename one, select it in the list and press Rename beside its name. Type the new name and press Rename category, or Keep the name.
Only your organisation’s own categories can be renamed. A sealed proof pack keeps the category name it was sealed with, so renaming a category does not change anything already sealed.
Suggested categories
Section titled “Suggested categories”When a photograph is taken, RezetHub asks an AI model to suggest a category for it. The suggestion is chosen from the categories open to that batch. Nobody waits for it: the person taking the photo carries on. When the suggestion comes back, it files the photo only if the photo is still in Uncategorised. A photo someone has already filed stays where they put it.
Suggestions use your organisation’s AI credits. If there are no credits left, or the model cannot read the file, no suggestion is made and the file stays where it is.
Flagged photos
Section titled “Flagged photos”The suggestion also flags a photo that shows a face, something personal or something offensive. A flagged photo is hidden from every gallery and from everything you share.
Only an Organisation admin sees Flagged in the category list. It lists the flagged photos so that an admin can review them. Moving a flagged photo to another category does not unflag it.
Removing a photo from a run
Section titled “Removing a photo from a run”Evidence is never deleted. An Operations supervisor or Organisation admin can remove a photograph, video or document from a run’s output:
- On the run, find the photo strip on the output and press the × on the photo (Remove this photograph).
- Choose a reason under Why it is being removed. The reasons are:
- The file names the wrong record, or is not what it was said to be
- The frame is too blurred, dark or obscured to read
- The same capture is already on the record
- A clearer capture of the same subject replaces it
- The frame shows a person or their details
- Press Remove it, or Keep it to change your mind.
The dialog warns you if the weight on that line was read from this photo, or if it is the only photo on the line.
File size
Section titled “File size”A single file can be up to 2 GB.
