Dashboards
A dashboard shows you a view over your organisation’s records — what is moving through the facility, what has arrived, what is waiting. Some dashboards RezetHub ships to every organisation. Others you build yourself by telling the assistant what you need.
Where to find them
Section titled “Where to find them”Open dashboards from All dashboards on the home page. The page is headed Dashboards and has two groups:
- Everyone’s: the dashboards RezetHub ships to every organisation. These are The floor today, Evidence, Arrivals and tasks and This month’s material.
- Yours: dashboards you kept. While you have none, it reads Dashboards you keep from the assistant appear here.
Each dashboard shows as a tile with its title, a headline figure and, where it has one, a small trend bar. Open a tile to see the whole dashboard; All dashboards takes you back.
Building your own
Section titled “Building your own”Type what you want in Describe the dashboard you want and press Build it. For example, kilograms received each month this year, by material, with the total so far. The assistant builds it from your organisation’s records.
Building uses AI credits, like any question to the assistant. You can also ask the assistant for a dashboard from the Search & Ask box on the home page.
Keeping a dashboard
Section titled “Keeping a dashboard”Press Keep on my dashboards (the + button) on a dashboard to keep a copy. A copy goes under Yours and the button then reads A copy is under Yours.
You can keep a copy of a shipped dashboard too.
Refreshing
Section titled “Refreshing”Press Refresh to rebuild an open dashboard from the record as it stands now. The line beside it says Rebuilt from the record at 14:05 · no AI credits used: a refresh re-reads your data and does not ask the AI again.
Use refresh after the record has changed, for example when new material arrives or a run is sealed.
Where the figures come from
Section titled “Where the figures come from”Every figure is read from your organisation’s own records. A dashboard never shows another organisation’s data.
If a tile’s figure cannot be read, the tile says Its figure could not be read.
